Special Helper Helps

It's hard enough ironing 60" wide linen that has been washed, but when you have "help"...

He didn't stop with just the linen either.  The brocade was apparently in need of some kitten hair.

I have discovered that Artan doesn't enjoy the camera flash, so I kept snapping away.  Finally he retreated and I cold continue working.
Somehow I believe sewing will take longer than usual...

What a cute kitty! Hope he doesn't find his claws and use them on your fabric!

lol. That happens to me a lot too- they are always such a big help, aren't they? You have to love them though :)

Ahh, yes. So incredibly "helpful," those kitty sewing assistants. Every outfit could be made better with a touch of cat fur.

I have no idea how Mom manages to sew when she has so many cats around the house. They hide when she's actually using the machine (guess they don't like the noise or the vibrations it makes on the sewing table), but they can really be a pain when she's trying to lay out fabric or cut out pieces. I'm guessing she puts that spray bottle of water to use. Hmm.

By the way, the brocade is beautiful. What do you plan on doing with it?
