Offer Accepted

There has been an agreement on the offer for the house. Now we just need to do the sit-down stuff with the bank and wait for the inspections.

I'm going to get back to packing.

    Good Luck, Kat! As soon as it goes through, we will want to see photos. Get the camera ready and don't pack it at the bottom of a box somewhere!

    it will be a wonderful feeling when you are in a home you can truly call your own to paint whatever colour you like and rip out walls to insulate whatever pipes you like LOL I wish you and Dave all the best, its gonna be exciting !!
